Friday, September 29: Luke Slott Concert

this concert is free but requires RSVP

Location: Queensbury Theater

Time: 7:30 PM – 9:30 PM (starts promptly)


Purpose: To introduce friends to the life and teachings of Baha’u’llah through music and storytelling.

























 

BICENTENARY WEEKEND

 

Friday, October 20: Weekend Kickoff Devotional

Location: Houston Baha’i Center
Address: 2419 Fannin St, Houston, TX 77002 map
Time: 7 PM to 9 PM
Purpose: To create a devotional atmosphere to connect with the word of God and share the teachings of Baha’u’llah.




Saturday, October 21: Neighborhood Activities

Location: All around Houston – even your house!
Time: All Day
Purpose: To invite “all those with whom [you] share a connection—whether through a family tie or common interest, an occupation or field of study, neighbourly relations or merely chance acquaintance”—to share the teachings of Baha’u’llah in an intimate setting.

Sunday, October 22: City-wide Celebration at Levy Park

Location: Levy Park
Address: 3801 Eastside St, Houston, TX 77098 map
Time: 1 PM to 4 PM
Purpose: Public, fun event “to reach out to the widest possible cross-section of society” and share the teachings and life of Baha’u’llah through storytelling, in a beautiful outdoor environment.
